Google TV adds a tab to Android TV called “Immersive Detail Pages,” whose trailers are mostly on the home screen when you use certain content.

On the “Find” tab, you’ll now see your current watch list in a row. You can now add new content to your current watchlist by long-pressing the “Add to watchlist” option available on the “Find” tab on Android TV. You can add and remove content from your watchlist from other devices, such as your smartphone or laptop, Google Search, or Google TV mobile application.

Another feature added to Google TV is the ability to “tune” your recommendations. You may like or dislike the content you prefer, which Google TV will continue to use to improve the recommendations on the Find tab. You can also use it by selecting Settings> Device settings> Home screen> Content settings. To filter the recommendations, click the left and right buttons on the remote control. The left button reads “Less like this,” while the right button reads “More like this.”

Finally, Google TV adds a tab called “Immersive Detail Pages” to your Android TV, whose trailers are played primarily on the home screen when you use certain content. These trailers are played automatically as soon as you open the info page. This is an optional feature that can be disabled in Settings.

To turn them off, go to Settings> Device Settings> Home Screen and turn off Video Previews.
