A Tony Stark fan and Iron Man have been heartbroken since the events Avengers: Final game. Bob Chapek has heard the shouts from the fans and says they are getting Iron Man for their lives. Well, sort of.

At a recent virtual press conference, the Moderator asked Disney CEO about the return of Iron Man. Fans have very loudly wanted Robert Downey Jr. to return to Iron Man, even by placing a billboard in Los Angeles with a hashtag #BringTonyStarkBackToLife.

While Chapek says fans are getting something to curb Iron Man’s appetite, he does so by pushing the upcoming Disney + series, Armored War. See the tweet below:

“Tell your Marvel fans we have a series called Armored War coming staring at Don Cheadle as a war machine, and I think it’s likely to scratch the itch that our fans have more towards Iron Man. “

Little is known Armored War, but reports that the upcoming Disney + series will address some difficult topics. In February of this year, Don Cheadle stated that “Tony Stark’s death would play an important role in the series.” He also said the series was only a few months away from the shooting.

While this may not be what fans have wanted, it seems that Tony Stark’s death is too big a role in the MCU to turn it around so quickly. Armored War could offer a glimpse into the future, even possibly Iron Man’s next-era startup with Riri Williams and Ironheart.
