As with many movies now, it uses locking as a plot point. With the city closed, an elevator mechanic is not readily available to rescue them. A woman goes into childbirth. Will they survive over time? Does a cheeky, unknown guy save a mother and child?
About 80% of the film is inside the elevator. The film revolves around two opposing characters and their interactions.

Kavalthurai Ungal Nanban

Summary: The film randomly repeats the dynamics of the relationship between the police and the food director.
The film is essentially a psychological thriller. And the basis of the drama is the police force, which is meant to keep society in good shape, unless there is only anarchy in it. Although the film speaks of imprisonment, the films only show it in short episodes.
As the national award-winning Vetri Maaran Visaaranai, Kavalthurai Ungal Nanban is another painful account of how the institutions of power abuse it to destroy the lives of those who transcend them in the wrong way.
