WhatsApp’s MyGov Corona Helpdesk helps users find a vaccination center.
In the middle of the rise COVID-19 cases across the country, the only hope for survival is to be vaccinated. At the same time, the government has asked citizens to take vaccine photos as early as possible. WhatsApp manager Will Cathcart recently switched to social media and tweet in support of India. He quoted a tweeted message from an official MyGovIndia account and announced that the messaging app has joined hands with healthcare workers to keep helplines in the form of chat robots.
I think our friends in India are going through such a difficult time with COVID and grateful for all the work people are doing to help each other. We work with health partners to support WA phone lines like this @Helsinki https://t.co/pqE0VGHQbK https://t.co/uhmyEN5U7f

Step 3: Within seconds, the user receives an auto-reply
Step 4: The application asks users to submit a PIN
Step 5: Once the user has entered the six-digit code, chatbot will send a list of the nearest vaccination centers
There is also an alternative way for the user to visit wa.me/919013151515 it takes you directly to the chatbot.
