Apple launched a number of new products at its Spring Loaded event on Tuesday, April 20th. These include the new iPad Pro models and the 24-inch iMac with Apple’s M1 SoC, a new color option for the iPhone 12 and 12 mini, a new Apple TV 4K streaming device, AirTag tracking, and Apple Podcasts subscriptions. Apple also announced iOS 14.5, iPadOS 14.5, macOS 11.3, watchOS 7.4 and tvOS 14.5 during the event next week. Here is a summary of Indian pricing for all of the products launched at Apple’s biggest event of the year.

iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini will receive a brand new purple color option that is pre-orderable on April 23rd iPhone 12 price in India starts at Rs. 79900 for 64GB storage option and iPhone 12 mini is priced in India starting from Rs. 69,900 for the new purple color option and all other color options. A new color option for both models will be available on April 30th.
Apple TV 4K powered by A12 Bionic chip is listed Rs on Apple’s website. 18900 for 32GB storage option and Rs. 20900 for the 64 GB storage option. It can be ordered from April 30 and will be available in the second half of May
Finally, Apple Podcasts also reformed. Apple Podcasts subscriptions allow listeners to pay podcast creators a monthly subscription fee so they can enjoy a variety of benefits without the need for ad episodes, additional content, and early use of episodes or exclusive series. Content producers also have to decide on pricing. Podcast content providers can also offer free trial and demonstration periods so listeners can decide if they think it’s worth the payment. However, creators must sign up for the Apple Podcasters program to get all the tools they need to offer premium subscriptions. It costs Rs. 1799 per year.
Specifications for iPad Pro, iMac, iPhone 12 and 12 mini Purple variants
Among the biggest launches of the event was the M1-powered iPad Pro. It comes in two sizes – 11 inches and 12.9 inches. Both have Liquid Retina displays, but the 12.9-inch model gets an XDR mini-LED display with over 10,000 LEDs. In addition to the Apple M1 SoC, both iPad Pro models have 8GB of RAM for 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB of storage, and 16GB of RAM for 1TB and 2TB.
The Apple M1-based 24-inch iMac is a brand new design. Like the original iMac, the new M1 iMac is available in a variety of colors – blue, green, orange, purple, red, silver and yellow. It features a 24-inch 4.5K Retina display (4480×22020 pixels), Apple True Tone technology for color balance, a wide P3 color gamut, 500 nits of peak brightness and a low reflectivity coating.
The iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini just got a new color variation at the event. Launched As of October 2020, both iPhone models will run on iOS 14, powered by Apple’s A14 Bionic, and have up to 256GB of RAM.
