iQoo Neo 5 Life will launch on May 24, the company has announced a separate landing page and posts through the Chinese microblogging site Weibo. It has also confirmed that the iQoo Neo 5 Life is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. The Vivo sub-brand has teased a few technical features of the phone before its release. It will make some improvements to the standard iQoo Neo 5, which was launched in China in March.
iQoo has revealed it iQoo Neo 5 Life will be launched on May 24th and phone pre-orders start on the same day. It has also shared some configurations on the landing page and Weibo. It comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC, triple rear cameras, 144 Hz refresh rate, LPDDR5 memory and UFS 3.1 storage. The phone also has 8GB of RAM, which thanks to “Memory Fusion Technology” (inverted) has a performance of 11GB. The landing page also revealed that the iQoo Neo 5 Life will go on sale in China on June 1st. Price information has not been announced yet.
In terms of design, the iQoo Neo 5 Life has a perforation cut in the upper right corner of the screen. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, triple rear camera mounting on a rectangular camera module and two color options. iQoo Neo 5 Life has a few differences compared to vanilla iQoo Neo 5 when the latter carries a 120 Hz refresh rate display, an internal fingerprint sensor on the display, and a central aperture for the selfie shooter.
The iQoo Neo 5 has a slightly different rear camera module than the iQoo Neo 5 Life. The upcoming phone may be a cheaper version of the iQoo Neo 5. It is currently unclear whether it will enter the Indian market. Last month, iQoo Neo 5 was reportedly noticed At the Indian Bureau of Standardization (BIS), which lists tips for an immediate launch in India.
