A sequel to the 2018s Poison is coming, and it promises to be as camped and dark as the first entry. Venom: Let there be massacre follows Eddie Brock as he faces a new threat in the form of the villainous Cletus Kasady / Carnage.
Director Ruben Fleischer will not return; instead, we see VFX champion Andy Serkis stepping into the director’s chair. Tom Hardy returns as both Eddie Brock and the voice of his symbiotic partner Venom.
Serkis and Hardy are accompanied by Woody Harrelson, who treats serial killer Cletus Kasadyn, who becomes a dangerous massacre. Harrelson’s performance Venom: Let there be massacre was originally bullied as an original postage credit event in 2018, though he seems to have lost even the silly wig dressed in it.
