10. Vivo V19 – The best choice in the high and medium segment
First, we don’t see too many publications in this price range, and 2020 wasn’t very different. We consider phones with a Price Range of ৳ 30,000 to 40,000, usually medium-sized phones. There are some great releases in this segment like Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite, Samsung Galaxy A71, Oppo Reno3 Pro etc., so why did we choose the Vivo V19?
First of all, the design is gorgeous, nicely crafted. It gives the impression of a flagship level device from the outside. We also have two perforated hole cameras that include an 8 megapixel ultra wide lens, which is quite rare around this price. In addition to this, the device looks quite balanced in terms of technical features, excellent camera and excellent performance. It can be a long-lasting device that meets all the needs of the modern smartphone user. Excellent value for money.
9. Realme C3 – The best balanced affordable smartphone
It is not easy to choose less than 10,000 ৳ phones that we consider low budget phones. Because it’s hard to recommend when we see them work in real life. You may find attractive cheap phones every now and then, but they are by no means stable in the long run. The problem is mostly the chipset and without a proper chipset the phone will not last too long regardless of the other parts. The cheapest phone we could recommend is the Realme C3 at a cost of 10,990. We get the MediaTek Helio G70 chipset, which is at least for dedicated players. Helio A22, A25, G35, etc. are far too low for mobile gaming in 2020/2021 and graphics-intensive tasks. We have a big 5000 mAh battery, 32GB ROM, 3GB RAM and Android 10, which is a great start. There is even a Gorilla Glass 3 cover on the front. The camera is somewhat average and we hope it’s a little better, but unfortunately you’ll hardly find anything better in terms of cost.
8. OnePlus Nord – The best choice for technical nerds
This is the last choice for 2020 mobile people. You get a OnePlus phone with the legendary OxygenOS interface, Android 10 (expected upgrade to Android 12), and a 5G connection for 9 49,990, which should be enough to insure. This is by far the cheapest official 5G phone in Bangladesh. The next is OnePlus 8 Pro at a price of 94 94,990. In addition, we have a few options over 100,000 ৳ (no, please). We have an amazing Full HD + liquid AMOLED display with a smooth 90 Hz refresh rate, great front and rear cameras and a boss-level Snapdragon 765G chipset. 7. Apple iPhone 12 Pro – Shooting will never be the same
Now we can’t say much about the new iPhone 12 Pro. There’s a lot of stuff that makes things complicated, and most readers probably don’t understand about 80% of the technical details. Even as tech savvy, they sometimes confuse Apple with the little details of the phones, which they boast with great enthusiasm and a lot of philosophy. If you’re an Android fan and want the best of it in 2020, the phone is the Galaxy S20 Ultra. You can say what Galaxy Z Fold2 or Google Pixel 5. The Z Fold2 is still too sophisticated in the market and the pricing is way too huge. Pixel 5, on the other hand, is amazing, but you can’t put it on a full flagship level. It lacks battery life, a bit of performance, design, and a few more. For the perfect flagship Android experience with the most advanced features, choose the Galaxy S20 Ultra.
5. Samsung Galaxy A51 – The best balanced mid-range phone
You may find a few better phones than the Galaxy A51 at a cheaper rate in terms of features and specifications, but the A51 has something different. It’s one of the world’s best-selling smartphones in 2020, and it didn’t happen by accident. It features the modern minimal Samsung design of 2020, which is simple but kind of stands out from the crowd. We have a great Super AMOLED display. The rear camera has a telephoto lens, and both the front and rear cameras capture stunning images. The battery is a point where users may feel a little disappointed with the 15W charger. Samsung’s 10nm Exynos 9611 chipset works well with Android 10 and One UI 2. It works very long term. All in all, it’s the kind of device that professionals and people with an artistic mind can love, and it’s good value for money.
If you are, forget about cheese talks about art, formality and professionalism, I want something hard, this is it. Xiaomi, Poco X3 NFC, the last mid-level killer this year. If the Galaxy A51 was that new Mercedes-Benz Class A, we’re talking here about the mid-size new Ford Mustang for the Poco X3. If you are an intense everyday smartphone user who wants to browse, chat, play and watch a lot on a mid-range budget and still want the phone to provide smooth service for a long time, this is the device to go for. Great design and pure passion from Xiaom’s sub-brand Poc. No compromises on technical data. And you will love LiquidCool 1.0 Plus if you love to play. Nothing can complain about the camera either. Excellent battery, great construction and in fact IP53-certified splash-proof body.
3. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 – Low average choice of the year
Redmi Note 8 in the first half and then came Redmi Note 9. Note 8 was amazing and we could have chosen it, but in this area it is essential to continue and stay up to date. Redmi Note 8 came with Android 9 Pie, but an upgrade is planned for Android 10, but Note 9 comes with Android 10 right out of the box, and you should get Android 11 and hopefully Android 12. But we have to be honest and i will tell you that the redmi note 9 is not an ideal low to medium smartphone. But there hasn’t been a perfect low-end phone this year. We thought Realme 7i, but we have used both Realme and Xiaomi and Xiaomi phones are usually made with better technology. So, even if we had a few pros in Redmi Note 9, we couldn’t choose Realme 7i. Samsung Galaxy M21 could have been a great choice as well, but the design looks so cheap that we couldn’t recommend it despite the fact that we have impressive features. We recommend waiting Poco M3 which costs less and overall is more balanced.
2. Xiaomi Redmi 9 – The best affordable all-in-one smartphone
Xiaomi Redmi 9 is the perfect choice if you are bothered by all the jumps on your smartphone and if it is not your life, but you do not want to miss it at the same time. This unit has everything and more for only 14,999 in. There is a Full HD + screen that provides a great video viewing experience, and almost all phones have the highest possible HD + screen. You have the great MediaTek Helio G80 chipset with 4GB of RAM, so you don’t have to worry about delays during multitasking or gaming. The quality of the camera is more than just great. We did a a complete hands-on review of Redmi 9 where you will find real-time samples. I have been using this phone personally for a couple of months and right now. It meets all my daily smartphone needs and I haven’t had any problems. The only problem I encountered is that the portable hotspot is sometimes disconnected, so I have to turn it on and off to make it work again. But it can only be a technical manufacturing problem with my device. However, I am very happy to get this phone for this price.
1. Realme 5i – People’s Choice 2020
This is another phone that I also personally used for a while and gave up practical review as well. The device matters a lot for a few reasons. In the first place, Realme officially entered the Bangladeshi market with this 5i and C2 model. Realme C2 was an inexpensive low-data device that was more of a test release for Realme to see consumer responses. The Realme 5i was the main focus and it shook the market. After a while, the device was sold all over the country and was difficult to obtain. New batches were produced and went again very soon. It happens to this day, even though the device was released on March 14 in Bangladesh. The phone remained the most viewed device on our website for a few months and is still at the top of the top five phones viewed today. The main feature of this device is that its performance is exceptional considering the 12,990 ৳ price tag. All other features are also very competitive. It’s an all-in-one device and much more for a large group of people who thought they could never afford so much before Realme made it possible.
