Production of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE may begin in July, with color options leaking

The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has been announced in progress and production may begin sometime in July. This is probably an upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE launched last year. Two models were launched in the Fan Edition series – Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G. The engine for the 5G model was the Snapdragon 865 SoC in all markets. Samsung may want to introduce the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE in a similar way.

Ross Young, a prominent analyst at DisplaySearch and DSCC, is has tweeted that Samsung Galaxy S21 FE can start production in July. He does not provide an exact timeline for launching the phone, but if Samsung had to follow tradition, then it can be revealed sometime in September. Samsung Galaxy S20 FE was launched in India in October on the 5G model arrives in March This year.

Young has also leaked Samsung Galaxy S21 FE color options. The phone must be available in four colors – gray, light green, light purple and white. Apart from this, nothing else has leaked. The phone appears to be a stripped down version of the Samsung Galaxy S21 series, which is likely to be attached to a more aggressive price point.

Rendering of Samsung Galaxy S21 FE leaked recently, and have a similar design to the Galaxy S21 series with a few changes. Rendering in detail the design of the upcoming smartphone and handset is expected to be quite similar to that Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 + smartphones. A small change on the back of the Galaxy S21 FE is a camera bump. It protrudes from the back panel instead of the metal body compared to the other smartphones in the series. The frame is also expected to be constructed of a glass-like plastic composite.

The Galaxy S21 FE has a 6.4-inch screen with a perforated camera that is slightly larger than the vanilla Galaxy S21. The FE variant is said to measure 155.7×74.5×7.9mm and packs a 4500 mAh battery.
