Samsung is set to host Unpacked event August 11. The South Korean company has now confirmed that it will launch new foldable smartphones as part of the Galaxy Z series to “reshape the smartphone category and completely re-imagine your experience”. The company has revealed that new foldable phones will be added to the Galaxy Z Flip and Z Fold collections. This has now confirmed that the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 will launch at the event.

It has also been revealed that the new foldable phones have better security, better third-party application support and the S Pen. This makes it the first Samsung fold to come with it. I remember Samsung launched the Galaxy S21 Ultra with an S-pen, which was also the first for the Galaxy S.
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 is expected to “combine the best of smartphones and tablets,” while the Z Flip 3 has “an even more sophisticated style, armed with more durable and stronger materials.”
In addition, Samsung wants to improve support for third-party applications on its foldable phones to better leverage the fold scenario. “For hands-free optimized video calling Google Duo and by watching videos in Flex mode on YouTube and Microsoft Teams multitasking, the foldable ecosystem offers a wealth of seamless and optimized experiences, ”said TM Roh, Samsung Electronics’ director and director of mobile communications.

For those who don’t know, both the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 are expected to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 circuit, improved cameras, a better screen and more. While Z Fold opens like a book, Z Flip has a seashell.
