Samsung Galaxy S21 FE detected by the US FCC, may receive 45W fast charge support


The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has allegedly been certified by the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC). It was previously listed on Samsung Mexico’s official website, and was alleged to have been found on the Geébench platform under model number Samsung SM-G990B. The Geébench catalog showed that this smartphone works with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, which can be connected to 6GB or 8GB of RAM.

As per list On the FCC website Samsung Galaxy S21 FE with model number SM-G990U is compatible with two models Samsung chargers with model number EP-TA800 and EP-TA845. The former is seen to offer a 25W fast charge, and the latter supports a 45W quick charge. Previous report also claimed that the Samsung phone has 25W fast charge support.

This is not the first time the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has been detected on the certification site. It was allegedly spotted Geenekch with model number Samsung SM-G990B, Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC under the shell and 8GB of RAM. It also appeared Samsung on the official website of Mexico, but it was quickly removed.
