The Hitman universe is about to get another mobile game called Hitman Sniper: The Shadow, developed by Square Enix announced earlier this week during its E3 2021 presentation. Unlike its predecessor, Hitman Sniper, which was launched in 2015, The Shadows is available for free.
Developed by Square Enix Montreal, the game features a new, original story set in the Hitman universe. Formerly known as “Project Hitman Sniper Assassins, “The upcoming mobile game will focus on the events that result from the disappearance of Agent 47, the protagonist of the entire video game series.
Shadows follows the story of a group of skilled shooters in a dangerous murder world. Not much is known about gameplay, although Square Enix saidplayers need to be careful, creative and untraceable. “
