However, for those who buy a two-wheeled motorcycle until 31 December 2021, there is an ‘early bird’ subsidy of Rs 5,000 / kWh and the total amount of aid is tied at Rs 25,000.
Taking into account the state subsidy of Rs 25,000, the ex-showroom price of the Ather 450X in Mumbai is now Rs 1,22,241, which is about Rs 5,000 less than its price in Gujarat (which provides a flat incentive of Rs 20,000), and about Rs 10,000 lower than its price in Delhi. The new road fare for the Atumb 450X in Mumbai is a 1.30 law that includes insurance premiums but no registration fees or road taxes as Maharashtra waives both fees as part of its EV policy.
The 450X is Ather’s flagship, with a 2.9 kWh lithium-ion battery pack and a certified range of up to 116 kilometers (85 kilometers in actual use). Its electric motor has a total power of 8.15 hp and a torque of 26 Nm, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 40 km / h in 3.3 seconds and from 0 to 60 km / h in 6.5 seconds. The top speed of the 450X – which weighs 108 kg – is measured at 80 km / h.

The Ather 450 Plus is more common than the 450X, but because it loses the 450X Performance Pack, it has less power (7.3 hp and 20.5 Nm of torque), so it’s slower at 0-40 km / h (3.9 hp) ) seconds) and 0-60 km / h (8.29 seconds) at high speed, with a lower actual range of 75 km.
In other cities like Pune, Nagpur and Nashiki, prices are a few hundred rupees lower than in Mumbai. Remember that unless the Maharashtra government extends the duration of the ‘early birds’ incentive, prices for both Ather scooters will rise by as much as 15,000 rubles in early 2022, so this massive drop in prices is only temporary when things are.
