The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE comes with a larger battery than the Galaxy S21. According to the report, the upcoming Galaxy S21 FE has a 4,500 mAh battery, just like the Galaxy S20 FE, although previous rumors suggested an even bigger battery. With up to a 4500 mAh battery, it’s a larger battery than the 4000 mAh Galaxy S21 packs, although the Galaxy S21 + has an even larger 4800 mAh battery. Currently, Samsung has no official information about the Galaxy S21 FE, but there have been leaks in the past that suggest some of its features.
Samsung published Galaxy S20 FE back in September 2020 and the phone was a cheaper option with flagship configurations than usual Galaxy S20 queue. The Korean technical giant is expected to do the same with it Galaxy S21 and release the Galaxy S21 FE. New information has now emerged about this phone, believed to bear the model number SM-G990B, regarding battery capacity. The rumored Galaxy S21 FE is said to have a 4500 mAh battery.
By report Galaxyclub, Galaxy S21 FE has a battery model number of EB-BG990ABY and a nominal capacity of 4370 mAh. This suggests that the typical capacity is 4500 mAh, which is the same as the Galaxy S20 FE. However, it was believed that just as the Galaxy S20 FE has the same battery capacity as the Galaxy S20 +, the Galaxy S21 FE has the same capacity as Galaxy S21 +, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 has a 4000 mAh battery, while the Galaxy S21 + has a 4800 mAh battery. The Galaxy S21 FE was also expected to have a 4800 mAh battery, but at least it’s still bigger than the Galaxy S21.
Earlier this month, alleged renderings and some details on the Galaxy S21 FE surface that suggest the phone has a flat 6.4-inch screen. The Galaxy S21 comes with a 6.20-inch screen. The FE conversion is said to be 155.7×74.5×7.9mm.
Samsung has not shared information about the Galaxy S21 FE, but last month alleged product release timeline reported the leaked company and suggested that the FE Unlocked event be scheduled for August 19 this year. However, this information should take a touch of salt.
