BoAt has launched a new TWS in-ear headphones in India. The earbuds called the Airdopes 281 Pro are the successor to the BoAt Airdopes 281 and feature features ENx technology, Bluetooth v5.1 connectivity and more.
BoAt Airdopes 281 Pro features
The BoAt Airdopes 281 Pro has four microphones and ENx technology, which claims to provide flawless sound quality. The earbud features a 6mm dynamic controller and one-touch Google Assistant and Siri support. It supports Bluetooth v5.1 and touch control, which allows you to play or pause music, receive or disconnect calls, and so on.
For the battery, each headset claims to deliver up to six and a half hours and 25 hours of battery life with the charging case. The charging case can be charged using the Type-C port and Airdopes 281 Pro’s ASAP Fast Charge technology, up to 60 minutes of playback time with just 5 minutes of charging.
In addition, the in-ear headphones support the company’s IWP technology, which seamlessly connects Airdopes to your device. Finally, the BoAt Airdopes 281 Pro is IPX5 certified for dust and water resistance.
BoAt Airdopes 281 Pro price and availability in India
The earbuds are available in Active Black, Aqua Blue, Blue Flame and Viper Green. It is already pre-orderable from Amazon for a starting price of Rs 1,999. Users who pre-order prepaid in-ear headphones get back up to Rs. 200 refunds as an Amazon Pay balance, bringing the price down to Rs. 1,799. The Airdopes 281 Pro will begin shipping on June 26th.
BoAt Airdopes 281 Pro: Are you worth the money?
BoAt Airdopes 281 Pro is packed with decent features for Rs. 1.999. It remains to be seen whether prices will rise later. Because Amazon shows the original price as Rs. 6 990. If the price goes up later, we expect it to be less expensive.
Speaking of competition, in-ear headphones can be a great competitor to Noise Buds Solo and future ones Realme Buds Q2. However, these headphones are equipped with ANC technology, which is a disadvantage for the BoAt Airdopes 281 Pro.
