We’re a few months away from the announcement and later release of the anticipated iPhone 13 family. Typically, new iPhones receive a separate hardware event in the first half of September and will be released later in the month. As September approaches, we’ve hit some pretty strong iPhone 13 news, the latest of which gives us a pretty good overview upcoming iPhone 13 devices.
The biggest differences that can be seen here are the redesigned camera lens placement on the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini, which have moved to a diagonal structure unlike iPhone 12
, iPhone 12 mini
and iPhone 11
. This makes for an interesting new look that helps differentiate newer models from older iPhones. Another thing that attaches both figuratively and literally is the awesome camera island that beautifies the back of the iPhone 13 Pro Max. It is slightly larger than one iPhone 12 Pro Max
. Unfortunately, we don’t see the front of the doll, which might look like slightly rumored smaller notches.
In terms of iPhone 13 hardware and features, there will be a 5nm Apple Bionic chipset, LTPO OLED display with variable refresh rate for the first time on iPhone
(however only on the iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max models), enhanced portrait mode, and a larger F1.8 aperture for a very wide camera. The rumored return of the Touch ID may be another highlight of the 2021 iPhone configuration: presumably we’ll see a fingerprint scanner embedded in the iPhone 13’s screen to complement the facial ID and biometric data even better.
We’ll certainly know more about the upcoming iPhone 13 series over the summer, when the rumor factory will reverse the gear and give us a better realization what we should expect. Until then, ours Summary of iPhone 13 rumors should keep you up to date on significant changes.
