The iPhone, iPad, and even the iMac have introduced a new checkered design that is in many ways a setback for the iPhone 4. This fall Apple could complement the composition with a redesigned Apple Watch Series 7, which follows the same design languages.

The Apple Watch Series 7 has a flat bezel

Leakage Jon Prosser has published a rendering Apple Watch Series 7. The images, which are said to be based on smartwatch photos and CAD files, refer to the new flat metal frame instead of the rounded frame compared to current models. iPad Pro (2021) and iPhone 12 series, creating a more cohesive look and feel for the entire Apple hardware ecosystem.

But the company has made subtle changes to its new watch. While the edges of the iPhone and iPad frame are pretty sharp, the Apple Watch Series 7 seems to make them a little rounder to prevent them from digging into the user’s wrist.

As with previous models, users can control the Watch Series 7 with the included touch screen. It’s probably an OLED panel again – micro-LED technology is still a few years away – and rendering suggests that you shouldn’t expect thinner frames, even if models with smaller frames have been tested.

The display is complemented by a digital crown that retains the same look as before, a small microphone for calls and Apple Walkie-Talkie mode, and a standard pill-like side button.

There are speakers on the other side of the smartwatch. For some unknown reason, the speaker slots are much larger than before, but maybe Apple is planning a big upgrade that no one knows about yet.

There is no word on the size of this year’s Apple Watch models, but the renderings certainly suggest that Apple will maintain compatibility with existing Apple Watch bands for a second generation.

The green Apple Watch Series 7 is apparently coming

Last September, Apple expanded its color options to include both blue and Product (RED) aluminum watch series 6 models. With the Watch Series 7, Prosser says Apple may update the blue color and introduce a new green option.

However, the company is said to have worked on experimental finishes, so nothing has been locked yet. The two surfaces described below closely resemble each other iPad Air (2020) color options. Blue also matches the color seen in the renderings of the redesigned MacBook Air (2021), which is expected to hit the market later this year.

Apple Watch Series 7 software and feature expectations

The Apple Watch Series 7 is undoubtedly one of them the best smart watches in 2021, but dressers face tougher competition than ever before thanks to A partnership between Google and Samsung. Apple’s competitors are combining smartwatch operating systems – Wear OS and Tizen – into a single platform called ‘Wear’, although that may not be the final name.

Applications launch faster than before, and applications receive major updates that bring additional features. This should debut this summer Galaxy Watch 4, so it will be interesting to see what Apple brings to the desktop in terms of software and features this fall.
Currently, the largest new Watch Series 7 is expected to be a blood glucose monitor, more commonly known as a blood glucose level. It is claimed to be enabled by a non-invasive optical sensor.

Not much is known about WatchOS 8, but Apple will be unveiling the next version of its smartwatch in a few weeks at WWDC 2021, so we won’t have to wait any longer to figure out plans.
