The Sundance hit CODA gets a trailer and a poster



Apple TV + has released a poster and trailer for Sundance hits Coda. The film is written and directed by Sian Heder. Emilia Jones is Ruby, the only deaf person in her deaf family. take a look here …


Seventeen-year-old Ruby (Emilia Jones) is the only hearing member of the deaf family – CODA, the child of deaf adults. Her life revolves around working as an interpreter for her parents (Marlee Matlin, Troy Kotsur) and working on the family’s struggling fishing vessel daily before school with her father and older brother (Daniel Durant). But when Ruby joins a high school choir club, she finds a vocal song and soon finds out that she is duet partner Miles (Ferdia Walsh-Peelo). Encouraged by an enthusiastic, tenacious love choir director (Eugenio Derbez) to apply to a prestigious music school, Ruby finds herself torn between pursuing her family members and pursuing her own dreams.

Coda will arrive at movie theaters and the Apple TV + app on August 13th.
