The unlocked Samsung Galaxy A51 gets Android 11 in the United States

Samsung updated Galaxy A51 For Android 11 a few months ago, but the update did not reach customers in the United States. Although it took three months, Samsung has finally been able to bring it to the United States Galaxy A51 with the international version that received the Android 11 update in March.

As per SamMobile report, the unlocked Samsung Galaxy A51 (SM-A515U1) now gets Android 11 in the United States. The update provided as firmware version A515U1UEU5CUF1 includes a couple of additional enhancements, such as One UI 3.1 and the June security patch.

In addition to this, you can expect some other useful goodies, such as better dark space, camera enhancements, additional features for digital well-being and parental control, as well as improved security and changed graphics for some Samsung apps.

Typically, Android 11 updates are quite large, so make sure you have enough free storage before downloading this update to your Galaxy A51 device. Keep in mind that these updates usually run in waves, so it may take a few days to reach all U.S. units.
