Use your Huawei mobile for New Year’s resolutions on track In 2022

What’s different this year on your Huawei mobile? About half of all resolutions fail, but yours won’t.

Become part of the small group of people that succeed in achieving their goals by picking the right resolution for you, finding out how to reach it, and making it your life goal to improve it.

How to Pick the Right Resolution?

You’ll have the best chance of success if you set a goal that’s doable and meaningful.

Most people use Huawei mobile for it. A third of resolutioners fail to meet their goals by the end of January, according to the time management company FranklinCovey.

Resolves that aren’t right often fail. The following three reasons explain why a resolution may fail:

  • You create a resolution based on what someone else (or society) tells you to change.
  • You don’t understand it.
  • It isn’t realistic for you to achieve your goal.

Smart goals are SMART goals. The acronym in its original form was first used in 1981 by the journal Management. Review to describe specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals. This method may be effective for management, but it may also be effective for setting goals.

    • Specifically, your resolution should be absolutely clear. Clarify how much weight you want to lose and when you want to lose it rather than saying vaguely that you want to lose weight. How soon? Katherine L. Milchman, an associate professor of operations information and decision making at Penn State’s Wharton School of Business. For e.g.5 pounds in the next two months — that’s going to be more effective. List down ways to achieve it like for e.g. using a Huawei mobile, and downloading a fitness app, to set, and measure walking goals.
  • A measurable result

It may seem obvious if your goal is fitness or weight loss, but it’s also important if you’re trying to cut back on something else. If, for example, you want to stop biting your nails, take pictures of them over Huawei mobile so you can see how they grow back out, said Jeffrey Gardere, professor of psychology at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine. No matter what your resolution may be, writing down your progress in a journal or making notes on your phone can reinforce the progress.

  • Realistic

You can still set big stretch goals despite this. When you take too big a step, too fast, it can frustrate you or interfere with the rest of your life. You and your family may suffer as a consequence. Trying to save enough money to retire in five years when you’re 30 years old is probably not realistic, but saving $100 a month might be. If that is easy for you, you can increase that number to $200, $300, or $400 per month.

  • That’s relevant.

How important is this goal to you, and are you setting it for the right reasons? According to Dr. Michael Bennett, a psychiatrist, and co-author of two self-help books, if you do something out of self-hatred or remorse, it won’t last long. You might have a chance if you create a procedure that makes you more conscientious of what’s good for you, if you change the structure of your life, if you meet people that can support you, then you might have a chance.

  • Having a deadline

As with “achievable,” your timeline should be realistic as well. You should give yourself enough time to accomplish it, as well as set many smaller, intermediate goals along the way. Charles Duhigg, author of “The Power of Habit” and former New York Times writer, says to focus on small wins so you can make gradual progress. Huawei mobile can show you those results. Building habits is planning for the future.
