The Vivo V21 5G, Vivo V21 and Vivo V21e were launched in the company’s V21 series on Tuesday, April 27th. The Vivo V21 5G and Vivo V21 have the same specifications except for 5G support. However, the Vivo V21e has differences from the other two phones in the series. Both the Vivo V21 5G and Vivo V21 feature MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC. Instead, the Vivo V21e features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC. All three Vivo phones have triple rear cameras and 33W quick charge support.
Vivo V21 5G, Vivo V21, Vivo V21e price, availability information
Vivo V21 5G the price has not yet been revealed. Vivo V21 carries a price tag of MYR 1599 (approximately Rs 29000) and Vivo V21e is priced at MYR 1299 (approximately Rs 2,300). The Vivo V21 and Vivo V21e are pre-orderable in Malaysia and are scheduled for sale on May 4th.
The Vivo V21 5G and Vivo V21 color options are Arctic White, Dusk Blue and Sunset Dazzle. by the company’s official press release. In contrast, the Vivo V21e is available in diamond reflection and Roman black.
Details of the global debut of the Vivo V21 and Vivo V21e have not yet been revealed. However, the Vivo V21 5G is coming to India on April 29th.
Vivo V21 5G, Vivo V21 specifications
The dual SIM (Nano) Vivo V21 5G and Vivo V21 have both the same specifications except 5G support. The phones continue Android 11 On top of Funtouch OS 11.1 and a 6.44-inch full-HD + (1080 x 404 pixels) AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 20: 9 and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. Under the hood is the octa core MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC and 8 GB of RAM. The phones have a triple rear camera configuration with a 64 megapixel main sensor with an f / 1.79 lens. The camera also features an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an f / 2.2 wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel macro shooter.
For self-portraits and video chats, the Vivo V21 5G and Vivo V21 both have a 44-megapixel camera sensor on the front with an f / 2.0 lens. The selfie camera also supports Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and is paired with a dual LED flash located at the top. In addition, there is a preloaded feature called Dual Selfie Spotlight, which uses a built-in LED flash and soft light on the screen to enhance lighting in the dark.
The Vivo V21 5G and Vivo V21 come standard with 128GB of internal storage and support for expansion via a separate microSD card slot. Connection options for the Vivo V21 5G include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS / A-GPS and USB Type-C port. Vanilla Vivo V21 has the same options except 5G.
The Vivo V21 5G and Vivo V21 sensors include an accelerometer, ambient light, a gyroscope, a magnetometer and a proximity sensor. Phones also have a screen fingerprint reader.
Both the Vivo V21 5G and Vivo V21 include a 4000 mAh battery that supports 33W FlashCharge quick charge. Both phones are 159.68×73.90×7.29mm in size and weigh about 176 grams.
Vivo V21e: specifications
The dual-SIM (Nano) Vivo V21e runs on Android 11-based Funtouch OS 11.1 and features 6.44-inch full-HD + (1080 x 400 pixels) AMOLED display with 20: 9 aspect ratio. The phone is used by the octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC combined with 8GB of RAM. It features a triple rear camera configuration that includes a 64-megapixel main sensor with an f / 1.89 lens, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an f / 2.2 wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
Unlike the Vivo V21 5G and Vivo V21, the Vivo V21e does not have OIS support and an LED flash for a selfie camera. However, on the front of it is the same 44 megapixel sensor with an f / 2.0 lens.
The Vivo V21e has 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded with a microSD card through a separate card slot. The phone has regular connectivity options including 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS / A-GPS, FM and USB Type-C port. There is also a fingerprint sensor on the screen.
Vivo has supplied a 4000 mAh battery that supports 33W FlashCharge quick charge. The size of the phone is 161.24×74.37×7.38 mm and the weight is 171 grams.
