The Mi 11 Ultra came with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, an E4 AMOLED display with a 120 Hz upgrade, and support for 67 W fast charging. At the launch, Xiaomi India’s head Manu Kumar Jain announced that the adapter that came with the Mi 11 Ultra only supports 55W quick charge due to certification limitations. Jain said the company is looking to bring a 67 W charger to India soon.

Now Xiaomi has confirmed tech2 that the 67 W quick charger is coming to India soon and needs to be purchased as a separate accessory. Just like iPhone users, they need to purchase a separate adapter if they want a fast charge.

Currently, the exact release date of the adapter is unknown, but Xiaomi says it is “coming soon”.

The current 55 W charger that comes with the Mi 11 Ultra can charge your smartphone from zero to 100 percent per hour, but the 67 W quick charger can fully discharge the battery in 36 minutes, according to Xiaom.
