ZTE is one of many companies participating in this year’s MWC (Mobile World Congress). Unfortunately, the Chinese giant will not unveil new smartphones at the event, but at least it shared more information about upcoming products.
A new rumor that emerged a few weeks ago claimed that ZTE’s next flagship phone would be packing a second-generation display sub-camera. Last week, we found another puzzle when Chinese monitor maker Visionnox teased a second-generation camera below the monitor that was rumored to be included with the ZTE Axon 30.
Today, ZTE confirmedunveils the camera smartphone below the second generation display“Later this summer. According to the latest reports, Axon 30 will be unveiled as early as July 22, but ZTE has not yet confirmed the data.
The Vanilla ZTE Axon 30, a second-generation display sub-camera, promises to enhance the augmented reality, refresh rate and authentication on the front. Unlike the previous generation within UDC Axon 20, the future model has grown pixels density (400ppi vs. 200ppi), which should produce sharper and clearer images.
In addition, ZTE revealed earlier this year that the second-generation display sub-camera has 3D-structured light technology under the display that enables 3D face recognition and real-time recognition, which should make the Axon 30 one of the most secure smartphones with biometric technology.
